The term ‘Dinkythreads' or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this business. The term ‘you’ refers to the purchaser, viewer, or customer. You are subject to the following terms and conditions of use.

The content of the website of this business is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. This includes any and all product images and their respective prices, delivery fees, logos, descriptions, and colours.

From time to time we may alter individual item prices, delivery settings and/or delivery costs. This will be done entirely at our own discretion, and will be done in the best interests of our business.

This business contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Shopping with us is 100% secure. We take this very seriously and only accept payment by Swipe or Paypal.

When Will I Receive My Order?

PLEASE SEE HOMEPAGE FOR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME, we aim for 7-14 business days for dispatch but this is subject to change. The only exception is Ready Made items and these will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days.

Each item is made with love by hand and a lot of attention goes into each order, but in the unlikely event of your product developing a fault please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

All orders will be processed in order of payment received.

 

***Please note all fabrics are pre-washed using and fragrance free eco egg (no chemicals). This allows for any colour run and shrinkages to take place prior to cutting and construction. ***

What Information we collect when you register and why

When you buy goods from me, you are entering into a contract with me. You do not need to set up and account with me to order but if you do we will ask you to provide some personal information such as
Full Name
Address
Contact numbers and Email Address

As an existing customer if you have shopped with me using a credit card this will be processed by a Company called Stripe. I do not have access to your card details; all I receive is your Name, Address and email.
I also process payments Via PayPal and again will only have access to the above information.

In order to undertake website personalisation, we will also gather information about the devices you use to access my sites ( desktop or mobile) and this may include IP address. For further information on my use of cookies and tracking please see my Cookie notice.

How do I use your information

Data Protection says that I am allowed to use and share your personal data only when I have a proper reason to do so. The law says I must have one or more of these reasons.

Consent - where you agree to me using your information in this way e.g. for storing your payment card details

This means the interests of Dinkythreads in managing my business to allow me to provide you with the best products and services in the most secure band appropriate way e.g. to transfer your data to certain Third Party's such as delivery partners

Dinkythreads works with trusted businesses in order to provide you the high quality goods and services you expect, such as delivery companies.

Dinkythreads works with Stripe and PayPal in order to securely manage and take payments.

your personal Data is protected by legal rights, this includes your rights to object to our processing of your personal data; Request that your personal data is erased or corrected; request access to your personal data.

Keeping in touch with you

I want to keep you up to date with information about new ranges, special offers and improvements to the website. When you set up your account I will ask you if you want to receive this type of information.

Dinkythreads will not share your information with companies outside of Dinkythreads Kidswear for marketing purposes. If you decide that you do not want to receive this marketing information you can request that I stop by writing to me at the above address, emailing me at shelly@dinkythreads.com or via the unsubscribe link within the email, you may receive mailings for a short period while I deal with your request.

How Long I keep your information.
