conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time - All items are made to order.
I aim to process all orders within 21 working days, this does not include weekends and Bank holidays, please see stated current turnaround.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays. Our Normal posting day is Monday but this may be subject to change
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard 1st Class - Flat rate of £3
1st Class Recorded - £4.20
RETURN POLICY

We happily accept returns within 14 days. Please make sure all returned items are in unused/unworn/unwashed condition with any tags still attached and in original packaging.

Personalised and Custom Items are exempt from the 14 days return policy and can only be returned if faulty.

Return postage costs are at the buyers expense, If item is faulty postage will be returned to you upon receipt. and we recommend sending Signed For or Special Delivery to ensure we receive the order back. We are not liable for any items lost in the post.
